No Show / Last Minute Cancellation Agreement

At Livira Waxing, I value both your time and mine. With that said, a cancelation within one hour of your appointment will result in a charge of half the service(s) missed before you are able to book again. With such little time, I will not be able to fill your spot and that is money lost for me. You will be sent an invoice via PayPal or Venmo. Also, you will not be able to reschedule or cancel your appointment online within one hour of your scheduled appointment; you must call or text.

A "no call/text, no show" will be blocked from booking in the future.

While I’m extremely understanding, I am a small business and I do not make an hourly rate.
If you don't show up, I have lost money. Plain and simple.

There is also a six-minute grace period. Meaning if you are not in the studio at the six-minute tardy mark, we may not be able to do any or all services booked. Fees may also apply. We are all human but I won’t penalize other clients because of another being late. Please call or text me if you’re running behind. I will always try and make things work! Thank-you! ✨
